Questions you may have

Is there a free trial available?
Yes, we offer the first 50 enquiries for free to give you a feel for EnquiryBox and to see what plan is best suited to your business. You will be on the pro plan by default during the 50 free enquiry period.
Will I be tied into a contract?
Absolutely not! We hate that as well. Your subscription runs month to month and you can cancel anytime online without requesting a cancellation.
Is WhatsApp included in the unlimited channel connections
It sure is, we don't charge you extra to connect your own WhatsApp number. After all, it's yours! We use WhatsApp Cloud Api which will take a few steps on your end to setup. Using Cloud Api is chargeable directly from Meta / WhatsApp and this is mandatory and the only way in which you can connect your WhatsApp account to another software.
Do you offer support?
We sure do, world class support at that! We have live chat inside the platform and you can message us directly if you have any issues or challenges. On top of that we have detailed video and written step by step guides if you need further assistance.
Can I change my plan later?
For sure, you can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan at anytime should you feel it's too much or too little for your needs. You can do this yourself in your billing portal.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel anytime, your plan will run until the end of your next billing period then cancel. Think of your netflix subscription, no tie ins. Cancel when you like.
Do I have to pay for SMS?
Yes, SMS is a paid feature. We offer pay as you go bundles that you can buy all of which come inclusive of your own dedicated phone number. You can easily top up or autotop up your balance one it's starts to get low.
What is the Free Chatbot you offer? *
The team at EnquiryBox are the creators of the original EnquiryBot chatbot. The Free chatbot is a simple chatbot that will sit on your website and generate enquiries.

We also offer a custom built advanced EnquiryBot add on package to really supercharge leads and automated routing and communication to customers.

Please note, no changes can be made to the Free Chatbot. Any changes can only be made if you are on a custom EnquiryBot paid add on plan.
What do you mean by unlimited enquiries *
While EnquiryBox offers unlimited enquiry collection and management, we do have a fair usage policy in place. This allows us to ensure proper service for all customers and avoid overburdening our systems.

The fair usage policy defines reasonable usage thresholds based on typical queries and responses for businesses of different sizes. For example, very large volumes of simultaneous automated enquiries or repeated bulk uploads of large datasets would exceed normal usage patterns.

If a customer exceeds these thresholds consistently without coordination, we may contact them to discuss optimization strategies. In rare cases where extremely high volumes continue and impact systems, we reserve the right to place temporary limits until usage can be balanced.

However, the thresholds are set very generously well above normal business levels. The goal is not to limit legitimate operations, but to identify and address any unintended issues that could degrade performance for all.
